The Keencut Excalibur 3S 63" Vertical Multi-Substrate Cutter provides most of the cutting capabilities of the SteelTrak cutters at an economical price. It is featured with new self-lubricating bearings, included on both cutting heads, that can handle harder substrates such as Aluminum Composite, PVC, foam board and other rigid substrates used by sign makers. The Keencut Excalibur 3S cuts materials up to 13mm (1/2") thick and up to 63" long. Operators can quickly access all 3 cutting tools (composite twin wheel cutting head, standard utility blade, and scoring blade for acrylic) as they are attached to the cutting head. Plus, all the blades of Keencut Excalibur 3S cut on the same line, leaving no wasted panels and making sure that no mistakes guessing where the cut line is.  Perfect cuts Accuracy is assured with a clear sightline strip acting as your guide to precise alignment. A one-piece horizontal squaring arm ensures positioning and rigidity either side of the cut line. Once aligned, materials are held firmly by a unique pressure-sensitive clamp, which is designed to protect delicate surfaces from damage. |
 Safety by design Blades are securely mounted within the cutter head and fitted with a safety lock so all of the blades automatically disengage when not in use. When in operation the Excalibur 3S creates no distracting noise and no dust. |

There are 2 ways to setup for your cut. Use the cycling strip for cutting accurately to cropped lines or use the prediction stops when cutting to size. Keencut’s unique full length pressure sensitive clamp provides maximum clamping to hold tough materials precisely for a perfect cut. A silicone rubber cord gently holds delicate or printed surface without damage and the cyclone strips achieve accuracy every time without the need for expensive unpredictable lasers. All the tools in the Excalibur 3S are permanently attached ready for action and cut along the same line. The multi tool head cuts also scores without the need for expensive specialist blades. For thicker materials, the automatic ratchet system provides incremental cutting for a quality finish. For the dust and noise pre cutting a Dibond and MDF, select the twin wheel cutter.
